Emir Of Daura Urges Intensified Prayers Over Security Challenges

The Emir of Daura, Umar Faruk Umar, has called for intensified prayers and commitment from all and sundry towards addressing the nation’s security challenges.


Speaking during this year’s Sallah Gani to mark Maulud celebration, Faruk said with prayers all things were possible for continued peace and progress.
He said government was doing its best to overcome the situation and must be supported.

While enjoying parents to ensure they send their wards to school, Faruk commended the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari for efforts to advance the country.

Record signing, Oscar lands in Shanghai to join SIPG

 Brazilian midfielder Oscar landed in Shanghai on Monday where the 25-year-old was set to smash the Asian transfer record with a reported 60 million euros ($63 million) deal with Shanghai SIPG.
